Keith Carney Jr.
CEO | Accountant, BS
Keith Carney Jr. is an experienced accountant with over 18 years' combined experience servicing both corporate and non-profit companies. He has held positions as an Accounting Specialist, A/P Accountant, Staff/Senior Accountant, Investor Analyst, Finance Director, and Director of Finance and Human Resources for a Philadelphia Charter School. He is a Board member with the Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Black Accountants.
Mr. Carney has developed advanced skills in accounting, business formation, business operations, Sage MAS 500 and QuickBooks implementation and training, individual and corporation taxation, and internal controls review. As a Philadelphia native, he obtained his BS in Accounting from Peirce College after serving in the United States Navy.
When he is not working, Mr. Carney enjoys traveling the world and officiating High School volleyball and football as a certified PIAA Official. He spends the remainder of his time with his children, family, and friends.
Sirena Cardwell
Tax Preparer
Sirena is an experienced healthcare professional who holds an Associate Degree in Nursing and has served in the medical community for over 15 years. Mrs. Cardwell's specialty has been insurance billing. She has served as the coordinator for the insurance billing department at the University of Pennsylvania as well as held positions within their finance department.
Mrs. Cardwell currently serves as a Tax Preparer with CK2 Financials, LLC, and she handles our healthcare and medical billing clients with specialized expertise drawn from her extensive background in medical administration.
She is a wife and mother of two who enjoys traveling and volunteering at churches and nursing homes. She has a passion for fashion and decorating. Mrs. Cardwell is a dedicated professional who will work tirelessly to ensure all of your company's billing needs are met.


Clarice Carney
PA Notary & Administrative Assistant | BS, Business Management
Ms. Clarice Carney is a committed, motivated professional with exceptional customer relations and decision-making skills. She has a strong work ethic and an impeccable professional demeanor, with a natural ability to connect with customers, clients, and teammates alike. She has served as a Correctional Officer for the Philadelphia Prison System, a Medical Records Director, and a representative for Campbell Soup throughout her career in Philadelphia County.
As a native Philadelphian, Ms. Carney is extremely happy to serve her community. She is a graduate of Olney High School and received an A.S. in Medical Secretarial Science and a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Peirce College. Ms. Carney has obtained a Tax course certificate from H&R Block and is a certified Nursing Assistant.
In her spare time, Ms. Carney enjoys spending time with family and friends, sewing, reading, and computers.


Shaquine Ayers
Business Administrator | BS, Information Systems
Shaquine is an Administrative Support Specialist with 12+ years of experience working in multi-faceted institutions. She possesses comprehensive knowledge of business processes and standards in Higher Education and Healthcare facilities. She is proficient in a variety of administrative processes and duties, working well in high-pressure settings with minimal supervision in both leadership and team roles.
In her current position as Administrative Specialist Support at the Community College of Philadelphia, she provides technical and logistical support while coordinating various activities, meetings, conferences, and workshops. Prior to this role, she worked for Temple University as an Administrative Coordinator, running day-to-day operations of the medical office, developing office processes, and onboarding staff.
Shaquine holds her Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Peirce College. Her skillset includes effective client coordination, advanced computer software knowledge, record-keeping, personnel management, relationship building, and effective communication.
