Meet Shaquine Ayers, an experienced administrative professional with over 12 + years of experience supporting operations in higher education and healthcare environments. Her background provides a strong foundation in organization, compliance, documentation, and client-focused service, all of which she brings to her work at CK2 Financials.
Shaquine also works in higher education supporting executive leadership at a large urban institution. Her role includes handling administrative and financial workflows, managing documentation, and coordinating scheduling and logistics. This experience strengthens the accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail she brings to every CK2 client interaction.
Previously, Shaquine served as an Administrative Coordinator in a university-based medical office, where she managed daily operations, developed office procedures, onboarded staff, and resolved client and patient concerns.
Shaquine holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology and a master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership with a concentration in Instructional Technology and Online Learning from Peirce College. She has also completed leadership and professional development programs focused on communication, adaptability, and relationship-building.
